Fra' Mani Classic Mortadella, thick sliced
White or sliced brioche bread
Kettle cooked potato chips
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the thick-sliced Fra' Mani Classic Mortadella on each side until lightly fried, crispy, and bubbly, about 4 minutes total.
Spread mayo and spicy mustard over each slice of bread.
Build the sandwich with a slice of provolone cheese, fried mortadella, sliced pickle chips, a layer of kettle cooked potato chips, another slice of provolone if desired, and the top slice of bread.
