Spicy Italian Smoked Sausage

Similar to our Classic Italian but turned up a notch. Crafted with our own mixture of hot and sweet pepperoncini and seasoned with sea salt, paprika, and fennel. We use prime shoulder cuts of fresh pork that are coarse-ground and stuffed into natural casings before being smoked over natural fruitwood.
