OPEN-FACE SUMMER SANDWICH

Slice a baguette lengthwise with a serrated knife. Spread an even layer of goat cheese over each side.
Layer each half of the baguette with folded waves of Fra’ Mani Rosemary Ham and Calabrese, thinly sliced green apple, fresh arugula, and goat cheese crumbles.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over top of both open-faced baguette sandwiches and serve.
