SMOKED PANCETTA CROSTINI

Fra' Mani Smoked Pancetta, thinly sliced
4 slices rosemary focaccia
1 garlic clove, cut in half
Extra virgin olive oil
Flake sea salt
Lightly toast the focaccia bread.
Rub the cut side of the garlic clove all over each slice of bread and brush with a bit of olive oil.
Drape a few slices of pancetta on the bread and broil on the top rack of your oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each crostini with a sprinkle of sea salt. Serve warm.
