SMOKED HAM ON RYE

Fra’ Mani Smoked Ham, very thinly sliced
2 thick slices rye bread
Cave-aged gruyere, thinly shaved
Whole grain mustard
Evenly spread the mayonnaise over both slices of rye bread, followed by equal parts whole grain mustard on each side.
Gently arrange the thin Fra’ Mani Smoked Ham slices in scrunched up folded waves (not flat) onto the bread. Top with thin pieces of cave-aged gruyere cheese and close the sandwich.
