FRA' MANI TURKEY-BACON CLUB
Fra' Mani Turkey Galantine, thinly sliced
Fra' Mani Uncured Pancetta, sliced
3 slices Pan di Mie (or other airy bread), lightly toasted
Watercress, leaves and thin stems
Tomato, thinly sliced
Avocado, thinly sliced
Place the slices of Fra’ Mani Uncured Pancetta into a pan and cook over medium heat, flipping every minute or so until cooked through but not quite crisp.
Remove from the pan and let the excess oil drain onto a paper towel.
Lightly toast three slices of bread and evenly spread homemade mayonnaise and dijon mustard over each slice.
Layer the sandwich with watercress, tarragon, cooked Fra’Mani Uncured Pancetta slices, sliced Fra’ Mani Turkey Galantine, sliced avocado, and the 2nd slice of bread.
Repeat the ingredient layers, plus tomato, and close the sandwich with the 3rd slice of bread. Firmly but gently saw the sandwich in half using a serrated knife.
