Ingredients

Fra’ Mani Andouille Smoked Sausage, diced

5-6 eggs
-
8-12 shelled jumbo shrimp
-
Chives, diced
-
Cajun seasonings
-
Hot sauce, to taste
Directions
Dice sausage and brown in a pan until they start to crisp.
Cook shrimp in pan with butter and cajun seasoning.
Scramble eggs until soft and still slightly runny.
Add shrimp and sausage to eggs, sprinkle chives over top. Add your favorite hot sauce to taste.
