Fra’ Mani Classic Mortadella, thinly sliced
Fra’ Mani Salame Rosa, thinly sliced
Fra’ Mani Sweet Apple Ham, thinly sliced
Fra’ Mani Genoa Salame, thinly sliced
Provolone cheese, thinly sliced
Pepperoncini peppers, sliced
Round sweet country bread, soft focaccia, or ciabatta loaf
Slice the bread loaf in half, lengthwise, and spread a layer of olive salad over each inside face.
Apply even layers of provolone cheese, Fra’ Mani Classic Mortadella, Fra’ Mani Salame Rosa, Fra’ Mani Sweet Apple Ham, Fra’ Mani Genoa Salame, sliced pepperoncini peppers, olive salad. Repeat twice more.
Close the sandwich and wrap in aluminum foil. Transfer to a cast iron pan or grill pan on medium-low heat. Use a bacon press or heavy-bottomed pan to press the sandwich down for a few minutes.
Flip the entire sandwich and press again, cooking for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and the entire loaf is warm.
Remove from foil. Use a large, serrated knife to cut the loaf into as many sandwich servings as needed.
