THE TWO-HANDER SANDWICH
Fra’ Mani Classic Mortadella, thinly sliced
Fra’ Mani Rosemary Ham, thinly sliced
Fra’ Mani Spicy Capicollo, thinly sliced
Fra’ Mani Nostrano, sliced
Hoagie roll or soft baguette
Shredded romaine lettuce
Pickled red onion
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and toast until golden brown.
Evenly spread homemade mayo and tomato jam over the inside faces of the baguette.
Layer the sandwich with thinly sliced Fra’ Mani Classic Mortadella, Rosemary Ham, Spicy Capicollo, and Nostrano meats.
Add pickled red onions and shredded romaine lettuce and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top.
Close the sandwich with the top of the baguette, and slice it down the middle crosswise.
Enjoy—with both hands.
