SALAMETTO ON A SWEET BAGUETTE
Fra’ Mani Salametto, sliced
Fresh small baguette
Roasted red peppers
Slice a baguette lengthwise and spread a hefty layer of ricotta cheese on the inside face. Heat under the broiler or in the toaster oven for a few minutes until the bread is lightly golden brown and the ricotta has softened.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle honey over the ricotta cheese. Layer with Fra’ Mani Salametto, roasted red peppers, micro-greens, and an additional light drizzle of honey. Serve open-faced.
