SAUSAGE, RICOTTA & PESTO CRISPY FLATBREAD

Ingredients

Fra’ Mani Spicy Italian Smoked Sausage, roughly diced

2 pieces of lavash bread
-
3 tbsp basil pesto
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
10-15 fresh mozzarella ciliegine
-
3 tbsp ricotta cheese
-
Red pepper flakes and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Brush the top of each piece of lavash with olive oil, and bake in oven for 3-4 minutes until edges begin to crisp.
Remove, and layer with pesto, Parmesan, sausage, mozzarella, and ricotta.
Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are very crispy.
Top with fresh black pepper and red pepper flakes for an extra kick, and enjoy.
