Ingredients

Fra' Mani Spicy Capicollo, thinly sliced

Asparagus

Olive Oil

Balsamic reduction

Directions
Wrap a thin slice of Fra’ Mani Spicy Capicollo around a bundle of 2-3 asparagus spears. Repeat this with as many bundles of asparagus as desired, placing them onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Liberally drizzle olive oil over the asparagus bundles, tossing with tongs to distribute the olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over.
Cook the capicollo-wrapped asparagus bundles on the grill, in a grill pan, or in the oven at 400 degrees F, turning frequently until lightly blackened edges appear, the asparagus is bright green, and the meat is a bit crisp.
Place the bundles on a serving dish and drizzle with a balsamic vinegar reduction. Serve immediately.
