SALAME ROSA & ROASTED PEPPER SANDWICH
Fra’ Mani Salame Rosa, very thinly sliced
1 ciabatta roll
Divina roasted red and yellow pepper strips
Halve 1 ciabatta roll with a serrated knife and brown both sides in a lightly oiled pan or toaster oven.
Spread each half of the toasted roll with homemade mayonnaise.
To the bottom half of the ciabatta, add the thinly sliced Fra’ Mani Salame Rosa in curved or folded waves.
Top with the desired amount of Divina roasted pepper strips and close the sandwich with the top half of the toasted ciabatta.
